Custom orders typically take 5–10 business days for production and may incur additional charges depending on complexity.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we’re actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve international customers in the near future.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to change the shipping address, product variation, or cancel it entirely. Please contact us as soon as possible to make adjustments.

Once an order is shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may still return or exchange the item following our return policy.

You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, provided the hat is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or personalized hats are non-returnable unless defective.

If your hat arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will either replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
