You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item includes original packaging and tags
• You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Custom or personalized hats are non-refundable unless defective

If your return does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.

3. Return Shipping

• If approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.

We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
